Buying a Downloadable Pattern

Over the next few weeks the patterns on this website will become available as instant downloads.  As well as obtaining your pattern instantly, you will find that the price of a download is cheaper than a printed copy, and of course you will also save the cost of postage. To see the patterns currently available, click on the 'Dowloadable products' link in the Shop Categories menu on the left hand side of any page.

When you buy a downloadable pattern you will still be asked for a mailing address, as at the present time PayPal does not distinguish between a download and a mailed order from this website, and for the same reason 'Royal Mail - Free' will show as the delivery option.

Payment for downloads is by PayPal only.

Having bought your pattern, a download link will be emailed to your inbox. You will find the download link in the email from Stitchykits headed 'Thank You For Your Order'.

You should receive your download link within a few minutes of purchase. You will need a pdf reader to open the download - if you don't already have one on your computer, download one free from www.get.adobe.com/reader/

Download links will expire 48 hours after purchase, so please download your pattern soon after you receive your email.  If you don't manage to do this, contact Stitchykits and we will resend the link manually.

If you don't receive the link for your downloaded pattern, or have any problems in opening it, please let us know using the 'contact us' link in the yellow bar at the top of any page, and we will make sure you receive your purchase as speedily as possible.
