1.  ORDERING AND PAYMENT(UK)

Orders may be placed online if you intend to pay by credit/debit card via PayPal. This is a secure method of payment and you do not need a PayPal account. Simply click on the 'add to cart' sign next to each item, and when you have finished ordering click on 'checkout' and follow the instructions.

If you prefer to pay by cheque/postal order (UK only) please send your order with your payment, (including postage please!) with your name, address, telephone number and, if possible, an email address, to:

NB: Apart from orders placed online and paid via PayPal, we do not have any facilities to receive credit/debit card payments , so please do not enclose card details with an order sent by post.

2.  INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Payment for non-UK orders to be made by PayPal only.  Please see 'International Orders' page for further details.

3.  DELIVERY TIMES

Parcels will be sent by Royal Mail for UK orders or Royal Mail Airmail for orders outside the UK.  We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of receipt, but there may be delays at busy times. We will contact you if goods are out of stock or if there is likely to be a delay of more than 7 days.

4.  RETURNS

If you are not happy with your purchase, please return the goods in original condition within 7 days of receipt, and a full refund will be issued.

5.  BOOKS ORDERED FROM AMAZON VIA THIS WEBSITE
