Crochet pattern to make an adult size hat

Two versions of this hat are included in this pattern, as shown in the photographs.  One is a 'pixie' style with a flower trim, and the other has an unusual spiral tassel trim.  

An 8-page, A5-sized printed leaflet with full instructions for both hats, illustrated in colour.
